Terms of Service & Refund Policy
By using our automated infrastructure, you explicitly agree to the following operational parameters:
1. Service Delivery: Data allocations are dispatched immediately upon payment confirmation from our payment processing partner (Paystack). Network latency may occasionally affect delivery speed.
2. Recipient Accuracy: Customers are entirely responsible for providing the correct phone number. Once a data bundle has been successfully processed and dispatched to a specified number, the transaction is permanent and cannot be reversed or refunded.
3. Failed Deliveries: In the rare event that a transaction is successfully billed but the carrier network pipeline fails to complete delivery, an automated refund loop or manual dispatch will be processed within 48 hours following validation by our administrators.
Privacy Policy
We value your digital security. This layout covers how we process transactional data:
Information Collection: We collect minimal identifiable data required to process orders, specifically consumer Telegram chat IDs and the destination phone number provided during bundle allocation selection.
Data Processing & Security: Financial card or mobile money details are securely processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant partner, Paystack. Xenny's Prime never directly handles or retains your wallet PINs or credit credentials.
Third-Party Sharing: Phone numbers are transmitted securely via API directly to global telecom distributors (Reloadly) for the sole purpose of complete transaction fulfillment.
